Receive your personalized quote and contract. After our consultation, we'll send you a detailed proposal including a custom service quote, a contract, and estimated wedding budget based on your vision, guest count, and priorities.

Begin your wedding planning journey. Once contracts are signed, the exciting work begins! You'll receive access to your private online planning tools where we'll share inspiration, documents, vendor proposals, and updates. We'll start with venue and vendor sourcing, design development, and building out your complete wedding timeline. We're experienced in planning destination weddings for couples who aren't based in France and make the process seamless through video consultations, digital planning tools, and expert local coordination.

We recommend reaching out 12-18 months before your wedding date, though we can occasionally accommodate shorter timelines. We limit ourselves to 4-6 weddings per year to provide exceptional service to each couple, so early booking is essential.

We plan weddings throughout Provence and the South of France, including popular wedding destinations like Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Gordes, Luberon, Roussillon, Ménerbes, les Alpilles, Lourmarin, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and the French Riviera. We're familiar with venues across the entire region.

Our specialty is full-service planning and design, but we're happy to discuss custom packages for partial planning based on your specific needs. However, we do not provide wedding day coordination services alone.

Our planning fee starting from €19,200 covers our professional services, expertise, and time throughout your engagement and wedding day. Your overall wedding budget covers all vendor costs (venue, catering, flowers, photography, etc.). We recommend a minimum total wedding budget of €120,000 for couples working with our full planning services.
